This is the results of a county wide benchmark. The students complete this so the school and teachers can assess how they are doing and can have an expected score on the End of Grade Assessments.
The levels students can earn are 1,2,3,4, or a 5. With a 5 being the highest.
So proud of Caleb, and I did teach for 9 years so I understand the norming process, and a bell curve, but....
Common sense would ask.
SO an 80% which be a C in the real world is the highest score on this assessment??
My child gets a C and North Carolina thinks this is great.
Something makes me think the test is a tad on the difficult side.
